When I went, Tunisians were buisy reconstructing the ruins. That's right, go to Dougga and get the rebuilt Roman Ruins experience. There is more to see every time you go. And in case you ever find yourself throwing roman statues into the sea, remember, just because its Ro-man, doesn't mean it will float.
